News - Float and Tilt Level Switches

Tuesday, August 20, 2019

ATMI is specialized in the measurement of liquid level sensors with small diameter or level controllers that are simple to operate: they tilt when the level is too high, which stops or starts the filling of tanks. Some tanks have a very narrow access and it is only possible to measure the level with a detector with a small diameter: omni-directional floats level switches of the liquid level sensors with small diameter TUBA range: tuba 1", tuba 1 ¼ and tuba 125 C.

Their tubular shape has been designed to enter small access into tanks or cisterns. These liquid level sensors with small diameter can be installed in three ways: on a vertical rod, with ballast on a cable or on the wall of the tanks with a gland. The tuba detectors can be used for several applications: liquids level detection, automatic pump controls, high and low level alarms.
A high level of water can be detected when the water has reached the float level switches placed at the chosen high level. The liquid will push the detector which will stop the filling of the pumps through contact with the electrical panel.
