Rotary level indicator SOLIBA PRA with aluminium housing is used to detect a high or low level of bulk products in storage silos, hoppers and containers.
The different types of paddle or process connection make it possible to adapt to the tanks and the products to be detected according to the density of the product.
The rotary level indicator SOLIBA PRA can also be used as an intermediate level to detect a given level. For the low level, we recommend using with the rotary level indicator SOLIBA PRA, an aluminum reinforcement flange for better durability over time.
Placed on a hopper or silo, the SOLIBA PRA rotary level indicator is rotated by a motor. The operation mode of the rotary level indicator SOLIBA PRA is simple.
When the paddle is covered with the bulk product, the rotation is stopped, the signal is cut and gives the signal that the level is reached. When the level of the bulk product decreases, the paddle is released, the signal is restored and the engine restarts to fill the silo or the hopper.
The rotary level indicator SOLIBA PRA operates by rotation, only in non ATEX area. the rotary level indicator SOLIBA PRA main body is in aluminium. Rotary level indicator SOLIBA PRA paddles are inoxidable. The detection paddle is rotated by a motor. When the paddle is covered with product, the rotation is stopped, the signal is cut and the engine stops. When the level of bulk products decreases, the paddle is released, the signal is restored and the engineer starts.
Different paddles and process connections are available according to each product and tank size. For more information about rotary level indicator SOLIBA PRA, download the following datasheets:
